| Users can access the full BridgeInspectTM
Manager program from any computer with an Internet connection.
All information is transferred through a secure internet
connection. Each user is assigned a username/password and can
be granted appropriate access based on that account. |
After logging in, a user is taken to the
main menu page. The page has links across the top black bar to
main modules of the program. On the left hand side of
the page are 'hotlists' to the 5 most recent bridges that the user
has been viewing and also the 5 most recently submitted inspection
reports. |
 |
The bottom section of the bridge detail page allows
the bridge manager to attach any additional pictures, drawings, or
other computer files to the bridge. Even Microsoft Word,
Excel and emails can be attached to the bridge for future reference. |
| |
|
 |
 |
| An easy to use GIS interface
plots all bridges on the jurisdiction's map. Various layers
can be shown including elevation, roads, waterways, flood plains,
and aerial photos. |
The GIS is fully
interactive. Using the tabs on the top the user is able to
zoom in see more detail on the area surrounding a specific
bridge. By clicking on the bridge a user can go directly to
the Bridge Detail Page. |

 |
| All of the maintenance needs for bridges
can be shown. The total cost per bridge as well as all bridges
is automatically calculated. |
Want to limit your cost reporting by
certain factors? Not a problem, simply select the criteria you
would like to filter on. For example, only want to see
the costs to fix critical needs of priority 1 and 0 the above
report screen does the job. |
| |
|
 |
 |
| From the maintenance needs module, work orders
can be quickly created. Attach pictures and descriptions to be
included in printouts for the maintenance crew. |
Over 200 common bridge components and
actions can be assigned unit costs. These unit costs can
be updated by the administrator when contract costs
change. |

|
 |
|
| Inspectors and managers are digitally
linked by the BridgeInspect software suite. Inspectors
can submit all of the inspection report data to the Manager software
with a click of a button. Once the data is submitted the
bridge manager is notified and can go and review the report
data. Comments and questions can be sent back to the inspector
for correction. Once the report is completed to satisfaction
the manager can accept it into the system. |
