Q: Is there a limit to how long the reports can be?  We are inspecting large bridges and anticipate lengthy reports.
A: There is no limit on the length of the report.  The software has been used to generate 100 page plus reports and to inspect bridges over 2,000 feet long!

Q: I am inspecting culverts and under 20' bridges can I use the BridgeInspect^TM Collector software?
A: Yes ...  these structures are easily handled by the software.

Q: We are required to complete SI&A sheets?  Does your software handle this?
A: Yes ... the software does support SI&A sheets.

Q: We still want to do hand sketches.  How would this work?
A:  Not a problem.  Several of out clients still do hand sketches.  When you are done just scan them in as a PDF or image file.  You can than attach the file to the report.

Q: What type of computers can support the Collector software?
A:  You will need a computer (laptop/tablet/desktop) that is running Windows 98, XP, Tablet, or 2000 Operating System. InspectTech recommends that the computer has 2GB of free disk space and at least a 800MHz processor.  

Q: How long will it take the inspectors to learn the software?
A: InspectTech has worked hard to make sure that the software is easy to use.  We have worked very closely with a number of inspectors in getting feedback on the software.   We try to mimic the paper forms exactly on the computer so that there is no new process necessary.
